A Thanksgiving Message from Rosewood Therapy
This Thanksgiving, everyone at Rosewood Therapy wants to express how grateful we are for our community — clients, families, referral partners, and each person who trusts us with their mental-health journey. Therapy is a shared journey, and we are honored that you allow us to walk alongside you.
We know that while Thanksgiving brings gratitude, connection, and celebration for many, it can also stir up complicated feelings — stress, grief, loneliness, or anxiety. If the holidays feel overwhelming, remember: it’s okay to feel a mix of emotions. You don’t have to juggle perfection. Breathing, self-compassion, and small acts of self-care can bring grounding.
As you gather (in person or in spirit) this holiday — whether near loved ones, or honoring quiet space — we hope you can find moments to breathe, reflect, and appreciate even the small blessings: a kind word, a warm meal, a safe space to rest.
From all of us at Rosewood Therapy: may your Thanksgiving be filled with warmth, peace, and gentle moments of gratitude.
If you need extra support this holiday season — anytime — we’re here. You’re not alone.
Happy Thanksgiving! 🍁
