I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate challenges related to identity, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, with a relational, strengths-based framework to create a safe, supportive space for you to explore your experiences and develop meaningful coping skills. My passion for service has shaped a diverse professional journey, ranging from leading national disaster response efforts as an AmeriCorps Team Leader, to volunteering for years at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, to serving as a School Social Worker at Great Path Academy for the past three years. These experiences have deepened my understanding of trauma, ability, and the many forms of resilience people carry. My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins with connection, empowerment, and self-awareness.
