LPC-A (She/Her)
  1. Whole-person care for meaningful, lasting change. I believe that healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change, not only in their thoughts, but in their lives. My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, helping clients move beyond symptom management to understand the underlying patterns contributing to emotional distress. I take a holistic approach to counseling, blending evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), with an understanding of how lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and daily habits influence emotional well-being.

As an EMDR-trained therapist, I help clients process traumatic or distressing experiences in a way that fosters healing, resilience, and lasting change. In addition to my counseling training, I am a Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher. When appropriate and aligned with a client’s goals, I thoughtfully incorporate mind-body wellness practices into treatment, recognizing the important connection between physical and emotional health. I work with individuals and families ages 10 and older, offering both in-person and telehealth appointments.

My clinical interests include anxiety disorders, life transitions, gender identity and sexuality, and helping clients navigate periods of personal growth and self-discovery. I strive to provide an inclusive, affirming environment where every client feels respected, accepted, and supported.

Clients may also have the opportunity to work alongside my certified therapy dog, who is specially trained to provide comfort and support through animal-assisted therapy. Whether offering a calming presence, encouraging connection, or simply bringing a smile during a difficult session, my canine co-therapist is often a welcome part of the healing process. Whether you’re navigating a difficult life transition, working through anxiety or trauma, exploring your identity, or simply looking to live a more balanced and fulfilling life, I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing.

Accepting clients ages 10 and older. In-person and telehealth appointments available, with evening and weekend hours to accommodate busy schedules.
