Payment, Fees & Insurance Information

At Rosewood Therapy, we believe transparency is an important part of creating a supportive and trusting therapeutic experience. Below you’ll find information about our fees, insurance participation, and billing policies. Billing for all therapists is handled directly through Rosewood Therapy to ensure a consistent and streamlined process for our clients.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Session Fees

Our current rates are as follows:

Initial Intake Session (60 minutes): $175

Ongoing Therapy Sessions (60 minutes): $150

Fees may vary depending on the type of service provided. Any fee differences will be discussed with you prior to scheduling.

Insurance Information

Rosewood Therapy participates with the following insurance providers:

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • Cigna
  • United Healthcare
  • Connecticare
  • Aetna
  • Anthem
  • Medicaid

Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm:

  • Mental health benefits
  • Copayments or coinsurance
  • Deductibles
  • Any session limits or authorization requirements

Out-of-Network & Self-Pay Options

If Rosewood Therapy is not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still choose to use self-pay services.

In some cases, your insurance may offer out-of-network reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance plan.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • HSA / FSA cards
  • Checks
  • Cash

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect the time of our therapists and clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge of up to the full session fee.
