4. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time.
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.
Cancellation policies are outlined in individual therapist agreements.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in fees or termination of services.

5. Fees & Payments

Session fees are communicated prior to beginning treatment.
Payment may be required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Insurance billing (if applicable) is subject to verification and plan coverage.
Clients are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or uncovered charges.

Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services.

Information shared in therapy sessions is kept confidential except in circumstances required or permitted by law, including but not limited to:

Risk of harm to self or others
