Rebecca Kulhay
I have a deep passion for empowering others to reconnect with themselves, find joy, and create lives that feel truly aligned. Having walked my own path of healing, I know what it feels like to be lost, disconnected, and unsure of the way forward. My personal experiences have shaped my compassionate, intuitive approach—one that honors each client’s unique journey while offering the tools and insight needed for lasting change. I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken but about rediscovering the strength, wisdom, and wholeness that have always been within.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with a holistic perspective, meeting each client where they are and guiding them toward self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace. I help people break free from limiting beliefs, heal past wounds, and cultivate self-acceptance. My work is rooted in the belief that when people feel seen, heard, and supported, they unlock their own capacity for transformation. And because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time, I believe fun can be wildly healing too. Sometimes, laughter really is the best medicine.
At the heart of my work is a love for humanity and a desire to create more peace in the world. I know healing is possible with the right support, and nothing inspires me more than seeing people reclaim their power and step into authenticity.
I completed my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at WCSU. I use an eclectic set of modalities including Jungian psychoanalysis, mind-body connection, EFT tapping, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, sound healing, and more. I am also trained in yoga and pranayama (RYT-200) and am a Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master.
