LMFTA, MPH (She/Her)
  1. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional stress. I believe our relationships — with others and with ourselves — are central to our well-being, and when those relationships feel strained or disconnected, it can affect every part of life. My goal in therapy is to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change.
I work with couples and families to strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and understand the patterns that show up during times of conflict or stress. I help clients slow things down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another. Therapy is a space where all voices matter, and I strive to ensure each person feels heard and respected.
I also work with individuals, including those within the LGBTQ+ community, who are seeking support around anxiety, relationships, identity, and life transitions. I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can show up fully as themselves.
My work draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method. I integrate these approaches in a flexible and collaborative way, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs, goals, and strengths. My style is warm, grounded, and practical, and I believe meaningful change happens when insight is paired with concrete tools that clients can use in their everyday lives.
I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families build stronger connections, repair relationships, and move toward more fulfilling lives.
